Training on knowledge and skills to protect children

(HG) - On May 25, at Thuan An Secondary School (Long My town), a training session on knowledge and skills to protect children for students in 2023 took place, attracting 200 students studying at the school to attend.

Mr. Bui Tien Hung, Director of MillenniumEducation and Training Company Limited, interacted with students of Thuan An Secondary School.

Here, the children were provided with information about children's rights and obligations by life skills instructors. They listened to the sharing of knowledge and skills to protect themselves, recognize sexual abuse; skills to prevent and combat sexual abuse and instructions on self-defense.

In addition to Long My town, life skills education activities are also taking place at some schools in Phung Hiep and Vi Thuy districts, aiming to equip children with the necessary skills to protect themselves. Thereby, raising awareness and responsibility of families, schools and communities in protecting children in the coming time.
