Training on agricultural and rural tourism development

Opening of the training conference on developing agricultural and rural tourism associated with new rural construction in 2025.

Attending the training conference were more than 60 trainees who are civil servants of communes in charge of culture and tourism , agriculture and rural areas in the province.

During the 5-day training, trainees will be taught 7 key topics: State management of tourism and agricultural tourism, agricultural models associated with the new rural construction program; developing agricultural tourism associated with the new rural construction program according to the value chain; basis for building and evaluating agricultural tourism models; guidance on management mechanisms and organization of agricultural tourism models; building rural tourism destination brands and digital transformation trends in tourism development; digital content creation skills, application of artificial intelligence (AI) in promoting tourism products and services; application of e-commerce in promoting rural tourism; and practical learning activities at typical agricultural tourism models in the area.

The conference is an opportunity for officials at all levels to exchange and share experiences, improve the quality of human resources, promote the development of agricultural and rural tourism associated with new rural construction. Thereby, supporting localities to build and develop typical tourism products, promote digital transformation, connect markets, attract tourists, contribute to the sustainable development of the rural economy , towards the goal of developing Son La tourism in a green, fast and sustainable direction.
