The launching ceremony was attended by more than 400 cadres, civil servants, officials, union members, association members and people in Chieng An and Chieng Coi wards, Son La Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Son La Environment and Urban Services Joint Stock Company. The forces collected garbage, cleared bushes, dredged mud and soil, and cleared the area around Tham Tat Tong cave and along the roads of the groups, villages, and roads leading to the water source area.

Tham Tat Tong Cave is an important underground water source area, supplying water to Water Supply Plant No. 1 of Son La Water Supply Joint Stock Company, serving tens of thousands of households in the old Son La city area. In recent years, the protection of water resources has received special attention from the Chieng An ward government, associated with the implementation of civilized urban criteria and environmental protection.

The campaign contributes to cleaning the landscape, ensuring safe water corridors, raising community awareness in preserving a green, clean, and beautiful environment, serving to stabilize people's lives.
On this occasion, businesses supported Chieng An ward with 240 million VND to build solidarity houses for poor households; gave 15 gifts to disadvantaged students in the ward, worth 700 thousand VND/gift.
