Congress of Delegates of Son La Power Company's Trade Union, Term XI

Son La Power Company's Trade Union has 9 member grassroots unions and 64 union groups, with 877 union members. During the past term, the Unions at all levels in the Company have always paid attention to performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, they have coordinated to promote the creative labor emulation movement; promoted technical innovation initiatives to improve production and business efficiency and customer service quality, contributing to ensuring operation and sufficient electricity supply for socio- economic development and people's lives. Implementing the labor safety culture of "Ensuring safety - Awareness and responsibility"; complying with regulations, procedures and standards on operation and labor safety... During the term, the Union has also commended and rewarded 23 excellent labor collectives, 3,166 advanced workers and 70 grassroots emulation fighters.

In addition, Son La Power Company also actively participates in humanitarian and charitable activities, visits and presents to policy beneficiaries, supports Vietnamese Heroic Mother Doan Thi Diep, contributes over 230 million VND to local charity funds; supports the elimination of 10 temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, with a total amount of 350 million VND. Carrying out the assigned task of helping Suoi Bang commune (now To Mua commune), the Company visited and gave gifts to poor households and policy families on holidays and Tet, called for socialization to build classrooms and public houses for schools in the area, and built the project "Lighting up the village" with solar energy lamps... with a total value of nearly 1.3 billion VND.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Son La Power Company's Trade Union has set out 3 breakthroughs and 7 key tasks, striving to comprehensively complete the assigned production and business plan targets for the 2025-2030 period; train, introduce to the Party for consideration, and admit 30-50 new Party members; 100% of employees participate in training courses to improve their professional qualifications, skills and digital skills, meeting the requirements of digital transformation and grid modernization; each year, 15 initiatives and technical improvements are recognized and effectively applied in production; every year, 90% of union members complete their tasks well, 50% or more of the grassroots union members achieve the title "Grassroots Union excellently completes its tasks"...

With a sense of responsibility, the Congress elected 11 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Son La Power Company for the 11th term, 2025-2030 term; elected 4 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 14th Congress of Trade Union of Northern Power Corporation for the 2025-2030 term.
