Training on building documents for the 2023 provincial defense and civil defense drills

Yesterday, July 28, the Subcommittee on Documents and Contents of the Field Exercise, the Organizing Committee for the Provincial Defense and Civil Defense Exercise (KVPT, PTDS) organized a training session on developing documents for the 2023 Provincial KVPT and PTDS exercise. Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee, Head of the Subcommittee on Documents and Contents of the Field Exercise Ha Sy Dong directed the training session.

During the 1-day training course, delegates attending the training course learned and researched the following contents: regulations on drafting documents of block A and standards for writing and drawing on maps and diagrams of block B; instructions on developing specialized plans in the Military Logistics Department; instructions on the work content of departments and branches with corresponding expertise in military logistics in the exercise.

Speaking at the direction, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested: After the training course, the members of the subcommittee continue to do a good job of preparation; grasp the intention of the exercise, review the progress of the exercise preparation at all levels. Continue to monitor, assist, and direct the sectors and localities to fully prepare the system of documents, develop scenarios, prepare forces, facilities, technical means, weapons and equipment, live-fire plans, and training grounds to ensure that the exercise takes place on schedule, meets the set goals and requirements.

Through the training course, it contributes to improving the quality of building exercise documents suitable to national defense status and socio- economic situation, terrain, and local potential, with high feasibility; helping members of the subcommittee grasp important contents.

From there, deploy the construction of a system of drill documents that are close to the practical situation of the agency and locality, ensuring compliance with the instructions and prescribed time. At the same time, proactively do well all preparations to serve the KVPT and PTDS drills of the province in 2023 to achieve the best results.
