In the first quarter of 2024, the whole province coordinated to successfully reconcile 93/231 cases of conflicts among the people. Authorities at all levels effectively implemented administrative reform, seriously handled petitions and received people according to regulations. The armed forces also effectively organized the work of ensuring security and order, strengthening national defense, and activities to ensure security at sea borders. At the meeting, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations of the province reported and raised a number of issues related to grasping the situation among the people, the implementation of tree planting, caring for and building houses for poor and near-poor households, ensuring security and order, etc.

Regarding the key tasks of the second quarter of 2024, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and armed forces to continue to mobilize people, union members, and association members to effectively implement the identified socio-economic development targets and tasks. Organize practical activities on the occasion of major holidays associated with taking care of the lives of people with meritorious services, policy families, poor and near-poor households, and people in difficult circumstances.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested to focus resources and provide financial support to build and repair houses under the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" for poor and near-poor households for those who meet the prescribed conditions. Provincial Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations continue to mobilize people to plant more trees, flowers, and dispose of waste in designated places to contribute to building a green, clean, and beautiful environment.

On the other hand, strengthen the grasp of ideological developments, public opinion and pressing issues arising among the people to propose competent authorities to consider and resolve. Promote patriotic emulation movements, replicate effective economic models, do a good job of administrative procedure reform, and strongly apply digital transformation in State management.
