According to the Navy, on the morning of November 22, a working delegation of the Vietnam People's Navy led by Colonel Nguyen Vinh Nam, Deputy Commander of Naval Region 4, along with the missile frigate 015 - Tran Hung Dao of Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 left Cam Ranh Military Port ( Khanh Hoa ) for a diplomatic visit to China, Japan and South Korea.

According to the plan, the working delegation and officers and sailors of the missile frigate 015 - Tran Hung Dao will visit and pay courtesy visits to the Qingdao City government, exchange and practice together at sea with the Chinese Navy.
In Kure, Japan, the delegation paid courtesy calls to local government leaders and practiced with the Japan Coast Guard in formation and communication exercises.
In Busan, South Korea, the delegation will pay courtesy calls to local authorities and have some exchange activities with the Republic of Korea Navy.

This working trip is an important activity in the 2025 defense foreign affairs plan of the Navy, contributing to strengthening the relationship, enhancing understanding, trust and cooperation between the Vietnam People's Navy and the Navies of China, Japan and South Korea.
