In addition to the additional exhibition room of relics and artifacts related to the Ho Dynasty, images of excavations and archaeology; the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center has put into operation an "outdoor exhibition space for artifacts", an exhibition of "models of cannons and reforms of the Ho Dynasty", and an "exhibition space for building stone" as a new check-in point in the southern area of the heritage.
The Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center has put into operation an electric car service, serving tourists visiting the following tourist routes: Ho Dynasty Citadel - heritage area; Ho Dynasty Citadel - traditional villages; Ho Dynasty Citadel - spiritual buffer zone; Ho Dynasty Citadel - relics and landscapes of buffer zone.
Tour routes are constantly being expanded and enhanced to historical sites, scenic spots, and traditional villages in the Tay Do cultural space to serve the needs of experiencing and discovering the diversity, typicality, and characteristics of cultural products, tourism, and services.

Coming to the Ho Dynasty Citadel heritage, visitors can also experience the " agricultural space of the Western Capital region". Here, there is an exhibition area, introducing to the public and the young generation traditional farming tools, "meals" in traditional Vietnamese houses containing the simple cultural activities of Vietnamese people and families.

In particular, the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center actively participates in promoting and educating local knowledge, the rich historical and cultural traditions of the homeland of "spiritual land and talented people"; coordinates with schools to organize heritage education programs for students.
Thereby creating more opportunities for school children to participate in healthy learning and recreational activities, contributing to orienting a beautiful lifestyle, awareness of respect, preservation and promotion of values and cultural identities of the locality, homeland and country; arousing dynamism and creativity in preserving and promoting heritage values to serve the needs of contemporary life.

According to statistics, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of tourists visiting the Ho Dynasty Citadel heritage has grown rapidly over the years. In 2021, the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center only welcomed 37,140 domestic tourists, but by 2023, it welcomed 248,960 domestic tourists and 1,740 foreigners to visit and learn about the heritage.
Last year, the World Cultural Heritage of Ho Dynasty Citadel attracted 257,008 domestic tourists and 2,992 foreigners to visit, research and experience, and in the first 4 months of this year, nearly 120,000 visitors came to explore the Ho Dynasty Citadel heritage.

Deputy Director of the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Conservation Center Trinh Huu Anh said: The number of students coming to learn, study, and research about the heritage and experience the culture of Tay Do accounts for about 25% of the number of tourists every year and the unit implements exemptions and reductions in entrance fees for tourists, especially students.
The Center continues to promote the heritage education program, turning the Ho Dynasty Citadel heritage complex into a place for sightseeing, learning, research, and educating patriotic traditions for today's and future generations; constantly improving the quality of services, focusing on developing typical tourism types, traditional festivals, and community tourism; strengthening intra-provincial linkages, connecting tourist routes to destinations in the province, cooperating with the provinces of Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh... effectively deploying and implementing the programs "Central Heritage Road" and "Journey through ancient Vietnamese capitals".
