Searefico member attracts foreign capital, expands industrial real estate investment

Searee Refrigeration Mechanical Joint Stock Company, a member of the Searefico ecosystem (stock code SRF), has signed a contract to attract strategic investment capital and re-operate the mechanical manufacturing factory.

Searee signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SSA) with Taisei Oncho Vietnam (TOVH) and a Shareholder Agreement (SHA) between three parties: Searee, Searefico E&C and TOVH.

Accordingly, Taisei Oncho Vietnam becomes a direct investor in Searee to implement the Searee Industrial Building (SIB) project in Da Nang City. Taisei Oncho Vietnam, Searefico E&C and Searee agree on the cooperation, management and operation mechanism.

Taisei Oncho Vietnam is a subsidiary of Taisei Oncho Co., Ltd - a Japanese refrigeration and electrical engineering corporation. Currently, Taisei Oncho Co., Ltd, Japan is a major shareholder at SRF.

Mr. Nguyen Khoa Dang, General Director of Searefico Corp and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Searee, said that in the 5-year strategy (2023 - 2028), Searee aims to expand an additional 50,000 m2 of rental floor area and conduct an IPO.

He expressed his belief that Taisei Oncho Vietnam will continue to accompany Searee in this process, as a financial investor and long-term strategic partner.

In addition, Searee was also awarded a medium-term credit contract by Techcombank (TCB), raising the total value of capital mobilized from the agreements to about VND120 billion, including international investment capital and domestic credit.

According to SRF, the additional resources will help Searee accelerate the construction progress of the SIB Industrial Building in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, which is expected to be operational in January 2026. This is one of the first industrial projects in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park to apply the high-rise model to optimize land use area with a scale of 5 floors above ground, 1 semi-basement floor, total height of 28 m.

On the same day, Searee also inaugurated the Thanh Xuan branded duct and accessories production line at the Searee Mechanical Factory. This activity marked the completion of Searee's business model based on three pillars: production, trade and service.
