“Slavic Sounds - Souls Connecting” originates from the Eastern European music flow - a place that contains inner depth and intense national pride, finding harmony in the Slavic emotional world (Polish, German, Czech...).
This is a meeting of like-minded, open-minded, benevolent souls, transcending geographical and linguistic boundaries, but sharing a common musical voice, a spirit of dedication, spreading and connecting the community.

The program takes place at 8:00 p.m. on November 28, at the Grand Concert Hall - Vietnam National Academy of Music (77 Hao Nam, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi ).
Pianist Nguyen Viet Trung grew up in the European and American artistic environment, while the Ulysses Quartet includes both American and Asian artists. They converge and connect different cultures, demonstrating the spirit of dialogue between artists.

The program opens up a vast world of emotions imbued with the Eastern European spirit with Chopin's works such as the gentle and delicate Waltz No. 2 in B minor, Op. 69; the sparkling beauty of Waltz No. 5 in A-flat major, Op. 42; and the majestic and heroic beauty of the Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53.

Artists also interpreted Mendelssohn's work as a bridge from intense emotion to bright romanticism, then exploded with the free and radiant beauty of Antoni Dvorak's Quintet No. 2 in A major, symbolizing the fusion between nature and man, between artist and public.
More than a performance, “Slavic Sounds - Souls of Souls” is where music becomes a language that connects souls, connecting artists and audiences through the sounds of memory, freedom and humanity. This is a dialogue between musical worlds; between East and West; between tradition and modernity and more importantly, between kindred spirits in art.
