Promoting the effectiveness of building grassroots cultural life

Many communes and wards have created good practices and effective models, contributing to building a healthy cultural environment, strengthening village and neighborhood ties, and improving people's spiritual life.

Many positive results from communes and wards

In Dak Lua commune, the Movement of All People Uniting to Build a Cultural Life in 2025 continues to be implemented and operates effectively. If at the beginning of the year, the whole commune had 1,558 households registered as cultural families (reaching 100%), then at the end of the year, 97.8% of households were recognized as cultural families; 7/7 hamlets maintained the title of cultural hamlet. The People's Committee of the commune considered and rewarded 14 typical cultural families, at the same time recognizing the efforts of the community in implementing a civilized lifestyle, solidarity and mutual support for economic development.

According to Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tinh, to achieve the above results, the locality pays special attention to propaganda work, promptly deploys campaigns and emulation movements, especially considering and recognizing cultural titles. Departments, offices and each hamlet all agree on the goal of building a healthy grassroots cultural environment, focusing on preserving and promoting the good traditional cultural values of the community.

Meanwhile, in Binh Long ward, the movement's mark is clearly shown in the increasingly spacious living space. The whole ward currently has 30/30 residential areas meeting cultural standards; 8,249 households (98.9%) have achieved the title of cultural family; 100% of residential areas have built and implemented village covenants and conventions, integrating environmental protection, crime prevention, and promoting learning and talent.

Binh Long Ward currently has 30 cultural houses with free Wi-Fi installed; 85 sports fields (soccer, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, pickleball) and 65 sets of outdoor sports equipment... Thanks to that, the rate of people participating in regular physical exercise and sports is increasing; cultural and artistic movements at cultural institutions take place vigorously, contributing to improving spiritual and cultural life, reducing social evils.

Head of the Front Committee of Binh Ninh I Ward, Binh Long Dieu Ward, Le Thi Hien, said: “People in the neighborhood are increasingly aware of maintaining a civilized lifestyle, complying with village and residential area regulations, and organizing small and economical weddings. Cultural and sports activities help people connect, creating a vibrant and healthy community atmosphere.”

Replicating typical cultural models

Promoting the effectiveness of the Movement of All People Uniting to Build a Cultural Life in 2025, Binh Long Ward has also replicated many typical cultural models. Notably, the Movement of Building Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Residential Areas. Models such as National Flag Road, Environmentally Self-Managed Residential Area, Lighting Up Countryside Roads, Self-Managed Patrol Teams, Ethnic - Religious Teams Participating in Environmental Protection and Security... have been promoting their effectiveness, contributing to ensuring security and order, becoming typical examples in building safe communities.

In Bau Ham commune, models of building grassroots cultural life continue to be maintained such as the Clubs: Arts - Sports, Women studying and following Uncle Ho's example, Sustainable family development, Group 5 no 3 clean, Vietnamese youth following Uncle Ho's words... These models have created a useful environment and playground, promoting solidarity and raising the sense of responsibility of each individual in building a new cultural life. Thanks to that, by 2025, the whole commune will have 9,962 households meeting the standards of cultural families (reaching a rate of 98.86%) and 15/15 hamlets achieving the title of cultural hamlet.

Implementing the Movement of All People Uniting to Build a Cultural Life, Dong Phu Commune has also promoted the effectiveness of the models. Specifically: Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children; Raising healthy children, teaching good children; Happy family; Youth starting a career; Building friendly schools, active students; Teaching well, studying well. In many villages in Dong Phu Commune, the model of Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Commune Road Point has been built... contributing to bringing the movement into depth, becoming a driving force to promote the development of all aspects of social life.

Secretary of Tan An village Party Cell, Dong Phu commune Nguyen Van Minh shared: "To promote the effectiveness of the movement and replicate the models, in addition to actively mobilizing people to implement the contents of building cultural residential areas, the Village Executive Board also expands dialogue with the people, creating consensus and unity in implementing activities".

From December 16 to 25, the Steering Committee of the Movement for the People to Unite to Build a Cultural Life in Dong Nai Province will organize an inspection and evaluation of the results of the 2025 movement in communes and wards. The delegation will directly inspect the communes and wards of Tri An, Trang Bom, Dau Giay, Tan Trieu, Tam Phuoc; and indirectly inspect through reports of the communes and wards of Phu Nghia, Tan Loi, Tan Tien, Dong Xoai, and Chon Thanh.

It can be seen that the Movement of All People Unite to Build a Cultural Life in 2025 continues to affirm its strong influence in Dong Nai province. Effective models and creative ways of doing things in communes and wards are contributing to strengthening the grassroots cultural environment and improving the quality of spiritual life for the people.
