“Strategic Thinking 2026 with AI” is designed by NodeX Asia specifically for business leaders and senior managers, focusing on equipping them with thinking skills and AI application tools in modern management. The training content revolves around 3 pillars: global technology trends 2026 and the “AI-first” business model; AI toolkits for leaders such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, NotionAI and Notebook LM to support analysis, planning, communication and decision-making; along with the WISE-AI principles and MASTER model to help leaders deploy, manage ethics and evaluate the effectiveness of AI applications in the organization.

Speaking at the training course, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Minh Quang said: In the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of Dong Nai province for the period 2025-2030, science and technology, innovation and digital transformation are identified as three new growth drivers, playing a central role in improving productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of local enterprises. The Department has been coordinating with business associations, universities and start-up support organizations to implement many activities to improve innovation capacity for business leaders, in which the application of AI and data in strategic thinking is a key content.

According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, this training course is part of a series of activities to develop the province’s innovation management capacity. The goal is to help Dong Nai businesses confidently integrate, master technology and utilize AI as a strategic tool for decision-making, forecasting, production and business.
