The question and answer session was held at the Dien Hong meeting room of the National Assembly and was broadcast live on 62 National Assembly delegations in provinces and centrally-run cities; and was broadcast live on Voice of Vietnam Radio , Vietnam Television and Vietnam National Assembly Television.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered the opening speech at the question and answer session.

Speaking at the opening of the question-and-answer session, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue said that this was the fourth question-and-answer session held at the meeting of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee. Based on the synthesis of proposals from National Assembly delegations, considering the areas that have been and are being supervised by the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee in the past time, and the response to questions during the 15th National Assembly term and practical requirements, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to select questions for a group of issues under the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

With the questioning time only lasting 1 day, the groups of questions being questioned having a wide scope, many issues are causing public concern, the National Assembly Chairman requested that National Assembly deputies ask questions briefly, clearly, go straight to the point, debate frankly, responsibly, and constructively; each question should not exceed 1 minute; the debate time should not exceed 2 minutes.

“I request that the Ministers uphold their sense of responsibility, answer briefly and to the point, clarify the questions raised by the National Assembly deputies, and at the same time propose practical, effective and feasible solutions, ensuring timely and effective overcoming of immediate weaknesses and limitations; and creating substantial, fundamental and long-term changes for each question content,” comrade Vuong Dinh Hue stated.
