Removing obstacles in implementing security and order criteria in new rural construction

On the morning of September 27, the Delegation of the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security of the Ministry of Public Security , led by Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department, had a working session with Hoa Vang district to guide and help remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the criteria of national security and order in building new rural areas in the period of 2021-2025.

At the working session, the working delegation and representatives of local authorities, agencies, departments, branches, and the Hoa Vang District Police discussed and clarified a number of issues related to the implementation of security and order criteria in the construction of new rural areas in the district in the past time. From there, they agreed to propose directions and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, contributing to enhancing and mobilizing the combined strength of the political system in the construction of new rural areas effectively and meeting requirements.

Concluding the working session, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security, Ministry of Public Security, commended and highly appreciated the implementation results of Hoa Vang district in the past time. At the same time, he requested the police forces at all levels to continue to be active and determined in crime prevention; advise authorities at all levels to strengthen the work of building the movement for the whole people to protect national security; focus on building effective movement models with high influence; organize the implementation of security and order criteria in new rural construction, effectively complete the new rural construction program in Hoa Vang district according to the set goals and strive to build Hoa Vang into a town in 2025.
