Vietnam gymnastics wins world cup gold medal

In the final round of the pommel horse event that took place on the evening of May 10, Dang Ngoc Xuan Thien performed very well, scoring 14.266 points. This was the highest score among the athletes competing in this event.

Xuan Thien surpassed very strong athletes such as Idrissov (Kazakhstan), Azimov (Uzbekistan), or Rayan Radkov of host Bulgaria, to win the gold medal.

The pommel horse event is also Dang Ngoc Xuan Thien's forte. At the 32nd SEA Games in 2023 in Cambodia, Xuan Thien won a gold medal in this event.
