Two more plots of land approved for auction

On June 2, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the auction plan of 2 land plots.

That is Decision No. 1777/QD-UBND approving the auction plan for the right to use land plot No. 1587, cadastral map sheet No. 18, Dau Giay town, Thong Nhat district. This land has an area of ​​over 46.5 thousand ^m2 , of which the auctioned land is nearly 23 thousand ^m2 . The land has a planning function as urban residential land. The expected starting price is over 107 billion VND.

Decision No. 1778/QD-UBND approving the auction plan for the right to use land plot No. 41, cadastral map No. 18, Dau Giay town, Thong Nhat district. The land area is nearly 145 thousand ^m2 , of which the auctioned land area is more than 128 thousand ^m2 , the function of use is to buildeducational and training facilities. The land use term is 50 years, from the date of the land lease decision. The land has an estimated starting price of more than 228 billion VND.

Up to now, 7/37 land plots according to the 2025 land auction plan have had their auction plans approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
