Construction continues during September 2nd holiday to ensure progress of Rach Mieu 2 bridge

A representative of the My Thuan Project Management Board said that the unit arranged over 450 workers and technical staff to work during the September 2 holiday to ensure project progress and soon complete the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge (connecting Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces) as planned.

Technical staff and workers increased to 3 shifts and 4 shifts to ensure the progress of Rach Mieu 2 bridge project.

Accordingly, at the construction site of the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge investment project, there are 32 construction teams, with 147 construction equipment and 80 technical staff. As of the end of August 2024, the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge project has been completed 57.73%, basically meeting the planned progress. According to the leader of the My Thuan Project Management Board, the units seriously implemented the construction "3 shifts, 4 teams", determined to complete the project as directed by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Transport , striving to complete the project on the occasion of the National Day celebration on September 2, 2025.
