Piloting software for exam monitoring and cashless fee collection in driving tests

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Director of the Department of Transport Bui Hong Trung said that the software for supervising exams and collecting cashless fees in driving tests was researched, built, and comprehensively digitized by the Department of Transport according to the Department's driving test process.

The software will support the Department of Transport to optimize the driving test process from fee collection, controlling test takers until the end of the test period, issuing driving licenses to students.

The software will be piloted from November 21, 2024 to February 21, 2025 at the Da Nang Driving Test Center.

According to Mr. Trung, the main goal of the Department of Transport in this pilot phase is to evaluate the actual effectiveness of the software, collect feedback from users to perfect the solution before expanding the official implementation.

The software deployment marks a new step forward in the Department's driver training and testing management, constantly applying information technology with the goal of comprehensive digital transformation of the industry's management and providing maximum convenience for people in the city.
