Tri Ton Town hands over houses to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

This time, Tri Ton town handed over 58 houses. Of which, 27 houses were given to poor and near-poor households to benefit from the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction; 31 houses were given to other poor and near-poor households. Each house has an area of ​​32m2 or more; the structure is made of walls, corrugated iron roof, tiled floors, and has a toilet. The construction cost is from 80 to 120 million VND. The budget and mobilized support for each house is 60 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family. The total cost of the program is over 4.1 billion VND.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Tri Ton town presented practical gifts to families for daily use. At the same time, commended groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

It is known that, implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, in Tri Ton town, 63 households of people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor and near-poor households received housing support. Of which, 5 houses for families with meritorious services were handed over at the end of April 2025.
