According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi will have sunny days, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind; the lowest temperature is 24-26 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature is 31-33 degrees Celsius.

Forecast for regions across the country

Northwest

- During the day, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the evening and at night, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain in some places. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature 22-25 degrees Celsius, some places below 22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.

Northeast

- Sunny day; scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and night, with some heavy rain in the northern mountainous areas. Light wind. Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature 23-26 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas some places below 22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 30-33 degrees Celsius, in some places above 33 degrees Celsius.

From Thanh Hoa to Hue

- Sunny day; scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening. Light wind. Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature 23-26 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 29-32 degrees Celsius, some places above 32 degrees Celsius.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan

- There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the North, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands region

- Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 32-35 degrees Celsius.
