Announcement of results of review and disciplinary action against violating party members

On November 29, 2024, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission issued Notice No. 285-TB/UBKTTU on the results of reviewing and disciplining party members who violated the law.

Accordingly, on November 4, 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee met to consider and propose disciplinary action against the following party members who violated:

1. Comrade Tran Van Cong, former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Xuong district, former Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

2. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Du, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Xuong district.

3. Comrade Ha The Anh, District Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Quang Xuong District People's Committee.

4. Comrade Chu Duc Khuong, District Party Committee member, Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department, Quang Xuong District People's Committee.

5. Comrade Le Dinh Khoa, District Party Committee member, Head of Economic - Infrastructure Department of the District People's Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Chinh and Quang Xuong communes.

6. Comrade Ma Van Thanh, former member of the District Party Committee, former Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, People's Committee of Quang Xuong district.

Comrades Tran Van Cong, Nguyen Dinh Du, Chu Duc Khuong, Le Dinh Khoa, and Ma Van Thanh have been prosecuted for criminal liability for abusing their positions and powers while performing official duties; comrade Ha The Anh has been prosecuted for criminal liability for lack of responsibility causing serious consequences.

Pursuant to Regulation No. 69-QD/TW dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against violating Party organizations and Party members; on November 29, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action by expelling from the Party comrades Tran Van Cong, Nguyen Dinh Du, Chu Duc Khuong, Le Dinh Khoa, Ma Van Thanh, and Ha The Anh.
