Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Hong Minh was warned.

Mr. Bui Hong Minh, Deputy Minister of Construction, former Chairman of the Board of Members, former General Director of Vietnam Cement Corporation was warned by the Central Inspection Committee .

According to the announcement of the 29th session (June 12-15), the Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Bui Hong Minh based on the conclusion at the 26th session in February.

Specifically, after reviewing the results of the complaint against Mr. Bui Hong Minh, the Central Inspection Committee found that Mr. Minh, in his positions, violated the principles of democratic centralism, working regulations, and things that party members are not allowed to do. He also violated his responsibility to set an example in leadership, management of production, business activities, and personnel work, and was at risk of losing investment capital.

The Central Inspection Agency determined that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Cement Corporation for the 2015-2020 term and a number of organizations and individuals were also responsible for the above violations and shortcomings.

Mr. Bui Hong Minh, 52 years old, from Thanh Hoa , has worked for a long time at But Son Cement Company and Ha Tien Cement. He has held leadership positions at Vietnam Cement Corporation such as General Director (since September 2017), Chairman of the Board of Members (since August 2019). In addition, he is also Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc.

In June 2021, Mr. Minh was appointed Deputy Minister of Construction.
