The conference was a great success, welcoming more than 1,000 domestic and foreign delegates with diverse and substantive activities, clearly demonstrating the efforts and determination of the international community in comprehensively promoting green transformation and sustainable growth.

P4G leaders agreed to adopt two statements: the Hanoi Declaration on sustainable green transformation, focusing on people and the Statement on enhancing cooperation between P4G and multilateral organizations and mechanisms to promote green transformation and sustainable development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said the conference was very effective, sharing many ideas and discussing solutions to enhance cooperation in sustainable green transformation, focusing on people.

Delegates agreed that green transformation is an inevitable journey, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority to successfully implement sustainable development goals...

The Prime Minister emphasized five consensus results that the conference achieved.

First, consensus on mobilizing finance to promote green transformation, sustainable development, public-private partnership models and innovative financial policies.

Second, consensus on encouraging research and development of green technology solutions, investing more in the innovation ecosystem, especially the startup ecosystem, creating conditions for small and medium enterprises to access resources.

Third, consensus on transforming sustainable agriculture and food systems, ensuring food security and nutritional security while playing an important role in environmental protection and sustainable development.

Fourth, consensus on developing and training a high-quality workforce, especially in the fields of science, technology and innovation; creating conditions for all individuals to have full access to education, expanding employment opportunities and reducing social inequality.

Fifth, consensus on efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly energy transition; strengthening cooperation in technology development and sharing, providing preferential loans for renewable energy projects, building necessary infrastructure...

"The combination of the above five consensuses shows the consensus in thinking, awareness, shared responsibility, solidarity, and promotion of multilateral cooperation for joint action and joint victory. Let us uphold the spirit of solidarity, international cooperation, and connect resources based on a global, all-people, comprehensive approach, with harmonious benefits and shared risks," the Prime Minister emphasized.

The Prime Minister believes that the delegates have witnessed and felt Vietnam's efforts and responsibility in implementing its commitments on sustainable development and green growth in general and within the P4G framework in particular.

The Prime Minister proposed and called on countries, organizations and businesses to strengthen coordination with P4G members; join hands and contribute their responsibilities for the world's green future; turn commitments into actions, turn ideas into specific projects; turn consensus into strong determination to implement, towards a sustainable and prosperous future for all countries, peoples and all people.

"Together, we will overcome all difficulties and challenges; together, we will turn nothing into something, turn difficult into easy, turn impossible into possible; together, we will build an increasingly greener, cleaner, more beautiful and better world," the Prime Minister called.

At the closing ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh handed over the role of host of the 5th P4G Summit to Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali.
