Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh assigned the Ministry of Public Security to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Information and Communications and other ministries, branches and localities to evaluate and develop a list of priority databases and information systems for the Prime Minister to approve, synchronize data with the National Population Database to ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive" and connect, share and reuse data.
At the same time, the Ministry shall preside over and coordinate with the Government Office and relevant agencies to urgently develop a roadmap and solutions for the development of the National Public Service Portal at the National Data Center to ensure stable operation, inherit and promote the results of the implementation of the National Public Service Portal in the past time, without causing interruption in the provision of online public services and handling of administrative procedures, and report to the Prime Minister in October 2024.
Along with that, sharing phone number and address data from the VNeID application according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 32 of the Law on Identification to the administrative procedure settlement information system of ministries, branches and localities to provide information on the progress of administrative procedure settlement to people and businesses in a timely manner.
Ministries and agencies connect and share data in national databases, specialized databases, and shared databases under their management with the National Population Database to enrich data, serve analysis, policy development, and digital transformation of the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister. At the same time, urgently develop a breakthrough digital transformation project for the sector and field and connect with Project 06, to focus on directing implementation according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 34/CT-TTg dated September 16, 2024.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh assigned the Ministry of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and relevant ministries and agencies to research and advise on a Project on a specific mechanism for digital transformation to remove difficulties, promote information technology platforms and infrastructure for national digital transformation in general and implement Project 06 in particular, and report to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
Regarding the organization of the working program of the Deputy Prime Minister with localities to promote the implementation of the tasks of Project 06: The Ministry of Public Security shall preside over and coordinate with ministries and agencies to review the contents of tasks and implementation results of each locality to prepare a suitable working program; research and advise on the organization of conferences by cluster and region to ensure effectiveness.
