Promoting trade and investment between Da Nang and Italian partners

ĐNO - On November 6, the Italian Business Association in Vietnam (ICHAM) opened the event series "Italian Days in Da Nang 2025".

Attending the event were Mr. Marco Della Seta, Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Vietnam; Ms. Alessandra Tognonato, Consul General of the Republic of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Michele D'Ercole, President of the Italian Business Association in Vietnam. On the side of Da Nang city, there was Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu.

In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu emphasized: this is the first important, large-scale event in Da Nang in particular, and Central Vietnam in general, organized by ICHAM and Italian partners; is clear evidence that Da Nang has become an important business, trade and investment gateway for international enterprises, especially Italian enterprises, to access the potential market of the Central Highlands region.

“The city expects that the B2B connection activities, exhibitions and cooperation seminars during the 3-day event will bring specific and practical economic results for both sides. The event is also an important turning point in promoting trade and investment, opening a new chapter in the cooperative relationship between Da Nang city and Italian partners,” said Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Ho Quang Buu.

Taking place from November 6-8, "Italian Days in Da Nang 2025" with the main activity being the exhibition of Italian products "Italian Expo" with nearly 50 booths displaying 5 key areas: lifestyle and interior design; energy, electricity and water technology; machinery - equipment & construction solutions; food and beverages; education and services.

In addition, B2B connection programs, specialized seminars, Italian cultural - culinary - musical activities, and photo exhibitions on the spirit of Vietnam - Italy friendship not only create a space for exchange and cooperation for businesses of the two countries, but also help the public explore more deeply the Italian culture and lifestyle.

The event was organized by ICHAM in collaboration with Prometeo Group for the first time in Da Nang, under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Vietnam, the Italian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
