On the other hand, the political role and tasks of the District-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the political system are very large. If the new Head of the Committee after the merger continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee, it will be very difficult to carry out the task.

The Central and provincial governments need to soon promulgate new regulations, mechanisms, and policies that are strong and superior enough to facilitate propaganda and mobilization to arrange and streamline the staff, civil servants, and public employees after restructuring the apparatus.
