In particular, when import sources encountered difficulties, the Security Department promptly advised the Petroleum Department to propose that the General Department report to the Ministry of National Defense to proactively create domestic fuel sources to ensure that all military units could carry out their tasks without interruption; directed and guided strategic petroleum depots to perform well the tasks of receiving and distributing according to plan, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
