The truth about the information that a 13-year-old girl was drugged and kidnapped in Hai Phong

Previously, at around 8:00 p.m. on May 15, Vinh Hoa Commune Police received a report that in Nhan Le village (Vinh Hoa commune), people caught a male suspect suspected of drugging and kidnapping TTQA (born 2012, residing in Vinh Hoa commune).

At the same time, information and images describing the incident were circulating on social media, with the content “child kidnapping, the victim was a 13-year-old girl, drugged by the subject, and driven away on a large-displacement motorbike. Fortunately, the family discovered the child in time and chased after her, the subject hid the child in the bushes by the roadside in an attempt to escape…”.

The above content quickly spread and attracted public attention, with the majority expressing anger and frustration with the suspect, including many concerns related to security and order issues.

Immediately after receiving the report, Vinh Hoa Commune Police were present at the scene, brought the suspect as reported by the people to the headquarters for verification, and reported the incident to the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police.

At the police station, the suspect was identified as VVC (residing in Tan Dan commune, An Lao district, Hai Phong city). During the investigation, C. said he met TTQA through Facebook on May 7 and fell in love, so they often texted and sent affectionate photos via messenger.

On May 15, C. and Q. A made an appointment to meet for the first time. At around 7:45 p.m., C. rode a motorbike to Vinh Hoa commune to meet Q. A. After receiving the message, Q. A walked alone to the meeting place and got on C.'s motorbike to go out.

At this time, Q. A's biological mother went to look for her daughter and discovered that her daughter was sitting behind C.'s motorbike. She shouted and called her family to chase her on a motorbike.

When C. was taking QA to the intersection of National Highway 37 (through Vinh Bao district), he was detained by his family and local people and handed over to Vinh Hoa Commune Police, who also took Q. A to a medical facility for health check-up and monitoring.

Currently, the case is being coordinated by Vinh Hoa Commune Police with the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police to continue to verify and clarify to resolve the case according to regulations.
