One-time land lease payment for Ocean Valley Tourist Complex project

On September 7, 2023, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment issued Document No. 4170/STNMT - CCQLDD on switching to one-time land lease payment for the entire lease term for the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city of Delta Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited.

Based on the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on resolving problems related to the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested the Company to draw up a map to specifically determine the location and area of ​​land areas for construction of resort villas and commercial areas according to the detailed planning of the project and send it to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for review and consultation to report to the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee will consider adjusting the form of land lease from annual land rent payment to one-time land rent payment for the land area for construction of resort villas and commercial areas according to the provisions of Article 172 of the 2013 Land Law.

This is one of the contents to implement the directive in Official Dispatch No. 604/UBND-KGVXNV dated September 5, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on consulting on resolving problems related to the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city.
