Binh Thuan adjusts decision to lease land for Ocean Valley Tourism Complex

The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has just adjusted the decision to lease land for the Ocean Valley Tourist Complex project in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city of Delta - Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited.

Binh Thuan adjusts the decision to lease land for the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project.

Accordingly, the content of 10 decisions on land lease for the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project, with the total leased area unchanged at more than 9.6 million m2, issued by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province from January 12, 2011 to August 5, 2021, was adjusted.

Specifically, the area of golf course land - sports facility land is adjusted from 1,770,854.5 m2 to 1,636,797.2 m2. The form of land lease applied is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent.

Decision to adjust the commercial service land area from 7,860,249.2 m2 to 7,994,306.5 m2; the applied land lease form is the State leases land and collects annual land rent.

Land price for calculating annual land rent is regulated as follows: Golf course land - sports facility land (location 1) is 5,424,000 VND/m2; commercial service land (location 1) is 1,131,000 VND/m2.

The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be responsible for informing the Provincial Tax Department to confirm the financial obligations of Delta - Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited and to grant the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to Delta - Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited when it has fulfilled its financial obligations as prescribed. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for directing the Land Registration Office of Binh Thuan province to correct cadastral records and land database.

Regarding Delta – Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited, Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee requested to contact Phan Thiet City People's Committee and relevant agencies to determine the amount of compensation and site clearance to be deducted from the land rent payable (if any).
