Eobi Valley is located in Gangwon Province, a region famous for its majestic natural scenery and cold climate. "Eobi" means "stone plate" or "ice". Eobi Valley is formed by the Yeongsan River. In winter, when the temperature drops, the stream in the valley freezes completely, creating a beautiful frozen scene, like a natural sculpture.

As you enter the valley, you will be greeted by a mesmerizing sight of frost-covered ice walls. These ice walls, up to 30 meters high and 1 meter thick, are visible along the banks of the gentle river that meanders through Eobi Park (어비공원).
