Bonus for party members with 30 years of Party membership or more in 2025

(Dan Tri) - The Party badge bonus level in 2025 is expected to be calculated according to the basic salary level prescribed in Decree 73/2024/ND-CP.

Sub-section 2 Section IV of Instruction No. 56-HD/VPTW 2015 provides guidance on the level of bonus payments along with forms of rewards for Party organizations and Party members.

Accordingly, the reward level accompanying the Party badge is as follows:

30-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 1.5 times the basic salary; 40-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 2.0 times the basic salary;

50-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 3.0 times the basic salary; 55-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 3.5 times the basic salary;

60-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 5.0 times the basic salary; 65-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 6.0 times the basic salary;

70-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 8.0 times the basic salary; 75-year Party membership badge: bonus equal to 10.0 times the basic salary.

80 years Party membership badge: bonus equal to 15.0 times the base salary.

According to Resolution 159/2024/QH15, the National Assembly agreed not to increase public sector salaries, pensions, social insurance benefits, monthly allowances, and preferential allowances for people with meritorious services in 2025.

Therefore, the basic salary in 2025 may still be applied at the level of VND 2.34 million/month as stipulated in Decree 73/2024/ND-CP.

Regulations on awarding Party badges in 2025 will be implemented according to Article 18 of Instruction 01-HD/TW in 2021. Specifically, Party members with 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 years of Party membership will be considered for awarding Party badges.

Party members with serious illnesses are considered for early awarding of the 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, and 65-year Party membership badges, but the time for early awarding cannot exceed 12 months from the prescribed time; they are considered for early awarding of the 70, 75, 80, 85, and 90-year Party membership badges, but the time for early awarding cannot exceed 24 months from the prescribed time.

Party members who have passed away may be considered for early posthumous awarding of the Party badge, but the time for considering early awarding cannot exceed 12 months from the prescribed time.
