DNO - A number of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions implemented by city enterprises will be tested and transferred to serve the operation and exploitation of aviation services at Da Nang Airport.

Introducing products made by startups in the city to Da Nang International Airport.

Da Nang International Airport has coordinated with the Da Nang Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (DNES) to organize a workshop to introduce technological solutions developed by innovative startups. A number of products and services were introduced to improve service quality and passenger experience at the airport.

Specifically, the solution "AI Voicebot automatically surveys passengers after the flight" - (Developer: EM&AI Joint Stock Company); the solution "Improving customer experience in the waiting room and increasing revenue for shops in the airport" - (Developer: Tripin Digital Travel Company); the solution "Applying Zalo platform to deploy interactive services, support passengers and effective communication" - (Developer: Gapit Joint Stock Company); the solution "Applying ENSO deodorizing beads to deodorize airport spaces" - (Developer: ENSO DANA Company Limited).

Deputy Director of Da Nang International Airport To Ngoc Hai said that the unit will accompany businesses in testing and implementing feasible solutions, contributing to improving service quality and customer experience, building an environmentally friendly airport, aiming to reach 4-star airport standards.
