Over 94 years of accompanying the history of the national revolution, mass mobilization work has always been an important part of Party building work, of strategic significance to the Party's revolutionary cause, contributing to consolidating and strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the State and the people. For Thai Nguyen province, from the time the first grassroots party organization was established in 1936 in La Bang commune (Dai Tu) until the provincial Party Committee was established and developed strongly as it is today, the provincial Party Committee has always thoroughly grasped and creatively applied the Party's policies and guidelines to effectively lead and direct the implementation of mass mobilization work.

Since the implementation of the renovation process, especially after the 13th National Party Congress, implementing the mechanism of "The Party leads, the State manages, the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations act as the core for the people to be the masters" and the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit", the mass mobilization work of the Provincial Party Committee has increasingly focused on the grassroots, helping and motivating people to compete in labor, production, successfully implementing the goals and tasks set forth by resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, building Thai Nguyen to increasingly develop, becoming the economic, industrial and educational center of the midland and mountainous region of the North.
Especially in recent years, Thai Nguyen has made remarkable progress, the economy is always on the high growth track, the economic scale is among the highest in the country; per capita income increases rapidly, poverty reduction has achieved many results. National defense and security work has been strengthened, culture and society have many progressive changes, the appearance of urban and rural areas has improved a lot, the material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved and raised.
The above achievements are due to the fact that the Provincial Party Committee has always thoroughly grasped, deployed, and creatively applied the Party's viewpoints and Ho Chi Minh's thought on mass mobilization work; been proactive, innovative, and creative in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of mass mobilization work by Party committees at all levels, authorities, armed forces, the Fatherland Front (VFF), socio-political organizations, and all levels and sectors, focusing on the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization". Thereby, it has aroused and promoted all resources, potentials, and intelligence of the people, actively contributing to the cause of innovation and development of the province.

Promoting the achievements, to contribute to the completion of the set political tasks, in the coming time, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations will continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work with some specific contents:
Firstly, continue to effectively direct the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW dated June 3, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW dated January 7, 2019 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
Second, enhance the responsibility of implementing the Regulations on mass mobilization work of the political system; concretize the Party's directives and resolutions into programs, projects and plans suitable to local and unit realities, contributing to promoting economic development, ensuring social security, consolidating national defense and security; and building a clean and strong Party and political system.
Third, innovate the mass mobilization work of State administrative agencies and authorities at all levels, associated with promoting administrative reform; heighten the responsibility of heads of State administrative agencies at all levels. Strengthen education on public ethics, sense of responsibility, and awareness of serving the people for cadres, civil servants, and public employees; promote the practice of democracy, and bring the Law on Democracy Implementation at the Grassroots Level into life.
Fourth, further innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations at all levels. Improve the effectiveness of advocacy and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; organize well the collection of people's opinions on draft documents of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Fifth, closely follow the grassroots, improve the effectiveness of grasping, assessing and forecasting the situation among the people, especially in ethnic minority and religious areas, key areas with potential complex factors, thereby promptly advising and proposing to Party committees at all levels on policies and solutions in mass mobilization work to meet the requirements in the new situation.

Sixth, the mass mobilization committees at all levels continue to improve the effectiveness of advising, guiding, and organizing the implementation of tasks in mass mobilization work. Improve the quality of the cadres doing mass mobilization work in the political system to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
Seventh, advise, propagate, and organize activities to celebrate the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization, the National Mass Mobilization Day, and the 75th anniversary of Uncle Ho's writing of the work "Mass Mobilization" (October 15, 1949 - October 15, 2024) to ensure meaning, efficiency, and economy; associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and the implementation of his Testament in the new period.
Eighth, promote the implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", associated with launching an emulation campaign to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress and the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Mass Mobilization sector for the period 2020-2025, which will be held on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's traditional mass mobilization work day (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025). Strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, solidarity, confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance, national pride, and the desire to contribute of each cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, soldier of the armed forces, union member, association member and all classes of people in the cause of innovation of the country and the province...
With the mettle and determination of the Provincial Party Committee to innovate and be creative in mass mobilization work, we believe that Thai Nguyen will continue to make steady progress and achieve new successes, making important contributions to the goal of building the province into one of the modern industrial centers of the North by 2030, striving to become a developed province with high income before 2045.
