Previously, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong visited and experienced the "Aspiration for the Sky" Zone. This is a space to introduce the achievements, imprints and development orientation of the Vietnam Civil Aviation industry throughout the journey of more than half a century of formation and integration.
“Aspiration for the Sky” tells the story of the aviation industry accompanying the nation throughout the process of construction and development. This is also an opportunity to affirm the aspiration to reach high with the world , giving the public a look at history and experience technology, services, and flying emotions in the new era.
During the visit and experience, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong had a meeting with the units participating in the exhibition at the "Aspiration for the Sky" area. Notably, the Deputy Minister chose a very special meeting room, unlike other working sessions, which was the A320 aircraft experience cabin.
Besides visiting the booths in this area, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong also played the role of a pilot in the AESC's flight simulator. The Deputy Minister also visited and experienced the cockpit of Flying Legend's Tucano-R aircraft.
In the section, visitors will be able to admire many valuable images, artifacts and documents, vividly reflecting the development journey of the industry: from the early difficult days after the country gained independence, to the period of opening up to international integration, modernizing aviation infrastructure, improving service quality and ensuring flight safety.
With an area of about 10,000m2; of which the platform area is about 5,000m2 with the participation of 10 units and aviation enterprises. The platform space is designed in the overall image of the Lac Bird, an artistic image with many layers of historical and cultural significance, contributing to expressing the Vietnamese national identity. The posture of spreading wings and flying to the sky is an expression of the dream of rising, the desire for freedom, and the connection between heaven and earth.
Up to now, the exhibition activities in this area continue to be maintained, combining tradition with modern technology, so that visitors feel like they are going through a service chain at the airport from check-in, security control, boarding gate to public service areas.
Not only does it have a system of panels, dioramas or real artifacts, the subdivision also applies interactive screens and 3D video technology, allowing the public to learn more about the history, achievements and development vision of Vietnam's civil aviation industry.
The National Achievements Exhibition continues to take place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi ), attracting a large number of visitors, with many interesting contents, lasting until September 15.
