At the meeting, the two sides discussed training cooperation solutions between cultural and artistic training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Russian University of Contemporary Art.

Welcoming Ms. Sukholet Irina and the delegation of the Russian University of Contemporary Art to visit and work at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong said that this working session is even more meaningful as the two countries have many activities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong informed that currently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has 29 training establishments under the Ministry, including 3 fields of culture - arts, sports and tourism. Of which, the culture - arts sector has 16 establishments, with an average annual enrollment of about 20,000 students in the fields of music , theater, cinema, fine arts, culture, dance and circus.

Along with that, culture and art are the fields that the Party and State of Vietnam pay attention to, through the promulgation of many policies, programs and projects to preserve and develop the country's cultural and artistic values; exchange and absorb the quintessence of human culture and train high-quality human resources.
Among them, we can mention the Project on Training Talents in the Field of Culture and Arts for the period 2016 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 and the Project on Training and Fostering Cultural and Arts Human Resources Abroad to 2030, which were approved by the Prime Minister in 2016 with the aim of supplementing and developing a team of lecturers, teachers, researchers, experts, artists, high-quality human resources, core for the career of training, research and performing culture and arts of the country.
On the basis of Vietnam's training system having many similarities with Russia in both form and content of the curriculum, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong hopes that the Russian University of Contemporary Art will strengthen cooperation with cultural and artistic training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; help schools improve training quality, teaching methods... Cultural and artistic training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are eager to cooperate with the Russian University of Contemporary Art.

Cooperation can be through signing a memorandum of understanding between the Russian University of Contemporary Art and training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; sending Russian lecturers and experts to exchange experiences with Vietnamese lecturers and experts; student exchanges...
At the same time, build short-term training programs, cooperation programs, and scholarship programs for Vietnamese students.
For her part, Rector of the Russian University of Contemporary Art Sukholet Irina sincerely thanked the warm and thoughtful welcome from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong personally for the delegation.
Ms. Sukholet Irina said that the Russian University of Contemporary Arts is a multidisciplinary higher education institution, implementing 33 undergraduate training programs in 8 major training groups at all levels.

With the potential for cooperation between the Russian University of Contemporary Art and cultural and artistic training institutions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ms. Sukholet Irina expressed her agreement with the proposals of Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong and emphasized that the two sides need to promote exchanges of lecturers, experts and students.
“After completing the training process, this force will return home to contribute to the cultural and artistic development of the country,” Ms. Sukholet Irina emphasized.
In addition to supporting the training facilities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to improve training quality, Ms. Sukholet Irina hopes that the two sides will build joint cooperation programs between artists of the two countries, and increase experience exchange through specific projects.
In addition, Ms. Sukholet Irina proposed strengthening coordination in organizing cultural and artistic events between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, including the idea of a joint festival between Hanoi and Moscow.
