On the afternoon of September 28, in Hanoi , the Central Organizing Committee held a national online conference to review the Party building work in the third quarter and deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2023. Comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

In particular, completing a number of important projects and tasks on organization, cadres, and party members according to the work program of the Politburo and the Secretariat; well implementing the work of training and fostering cadres, especially strategic-level cadres. Focusing on inspection and supervision of Party building organization, regularly innovating working methods, styles, and manners, and having many effective ways to advise on Party building organization work. Timely exchanging and answering questions to contribute to removing difficulties, obstacles, and recommendations and proposals of Party committees and organizations at all levels.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying some of the results achieved in Party building and organization work in recent times in association with specific tasks of the sector, locality and unit; sharing good models and effective methods, and at the same time proposing many recommendations and solutions to effectively implement the sector's tasks in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, the Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that in the fourth quarter, the entire sector complete the annual work program in conjunction with effectively implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the 13th Central Executive Committee on Party building and organization. The Party Committees at all levels continue to advise on the arrangement of the apparatus in the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently, and reduce the payroll according to Conclusion No. 50-KL/TW of the Politburo; advise on the synchronous and strict implementation of all stages in personnel work.
