On the afternoon of September 28, in Hanoi , the Central Organizing Committee held a national online conference to review the Party building work in the third quarter and deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2023. Comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

Timely exchange and answer questions to contribute to removing difficulties, obstacles and recommendations and proposals of Party committees and organizations at all levels.

Concluding the conference, the Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that in the fourth quarter, the entire sector complete the annual work program in conjunction with effectively implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the 13th Central Executive Committee on Party building and organization. Party organization committees at all levels continue to advise on streamlining the apparatus in the political system, operating effectively and efficiently in conjunction with streamlining the payroll according to Conclusion No. 50-KL/TW of the Politburo; advise on synchronous and strict implementation of all stages of personnel work.
