Delegation group No. 16 of the Provincial People's Council met with voters of Po Ly Ngai commune.

On the afternoon of July 16, Delegation Group No. 16 of the Provincial People's Council, including comrades: Vang Dinh Chien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Hoang Su Phi Commune Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Ly Choi Nhan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Thau Commune, had a meeting with voters in Po Ly Ngai Commune to inform voters about the results of the First Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026 and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people.

At the conference, voters of Po Ly Ngai commune heard the Provincial People's Council delegates report on the results of the first session of the Provincial People's Council (after the merger) and the basic contents of the resolutions passed at the session. At the same time, they heard the Standing Committee of Po Ly Ngai commune report on the initial results of the activities of the two-level local government, the economic situation, national defense and security in the area.

In the spirit of democracy, responsibility and construction, voters of Po Ly Ngai commune frankly expressed their thoughts, aspirations and recommendations on many issues related to people's lives and state management work in the locality. Specifically: Proposing the Provincial People's Committee to soon direct the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to guide regional boards to complete the handover of documents and transfer the investor to the Commune People's Committee, in order to speed up the construction progress of the road from the district center to the commune; investing in the construction of the newly merged commune's office with a scale of 3 floors; reviewing and repairing suspension bridges in degraded villages, building a new suspension bridge from Thinh Ray village to Coc Mui village; repairing classrooms and the principal's house of Po Ly Ngai Kindergarten; the 0.4 Kv rural low-voltage grid project in Na Vang village, although completed, has not been connected to the national grid for many years; requesting capital allocation to repair the domestic water system in the commune center.

Voters of Po Ly commune made recommendations to the provincial People's Council delegates.

Voters hope that all levels will continue to pay attention to resolving policies for people with meritorious services and frontline workers participating in border protection; soon measure and complete the issuance of land use right certificates for people in the new commune after the merger; continue to pay for forest environmental services for households in the old Po Ly Ngai commune...

At the meeting, the opinions and recommendations within the authority of the Provincial People's Council and the People's Committee of Po Ly Ngai commune were received and responded to by the voters. The delegation of the Provincial People's Council also shared the initial difficulties of the staff, civil servants and public employees of Po Ly Ngai commune after the reorganization of the commune-level administrative units and the difficulties of voters due to limited traffic infrastructure. For proposals and recommendations beyond the authority of the Provincial People's Council delegation, they will synthesize and transfer them to the relevant agencies of the province for timely consideration and clarification.
