Accordingly, in the old Binh Phuoc province, agricultural land prices increased slightly, ranging from 1-1.2 times compared to the current price list on provincial roads, densely populated areas and main traffic intersections. As for rural, inter-commune and other roads, land prices remained basically stable.
Regarding residential land, land prices on some major roads in Binh Phuoc province (old) decreased by 10-20% because the actual transaction price has "cooled down" compared to the previous "land fever" period, along with the relocation of the administrative center affecting commercial activities. Meanwhile, land in areas near newly invested roads and urban renovations is proposed to increase by 1.2-1.4 times.
In the old Dong Nai province, the average price of agricultural land increased from 1.1 to 2.2 times. In which, the provincial roads, urban areas, and key traffic intersections are proposed to increase higher, about 1.8 to 2.2 times.

Notably, the urban land price in Dong Nai province (old) is proposed to increase from 1.6-9 times, in which the highest increase is in Bao Vinh ward and the lowest is in Bien Hoa ward. The rural land price has increased from 2.3-6.8 times, in which Tan Phu commune is the highest and Trang Bom commune is the lowest.
It is expected that by October 27, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will complete collecting comments on the draft land price list, collect social feedback from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and edit and complete it for submission to the appraisal council. By November 15, it will complete supplementing and explaining comments on the draft, and complete the land price list for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for review and approval.
To ensure the above time and procedures, the Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that the Provincial People's Committee direct the communes and wards to review the draft land price list sent by the consulting unit and promptly respond to the consulting unit for timely correction; the province directs the Department of Industry and Trade to provide a list of industrial clusters in the province for the consulting unit to add to the land price list.
