
Last week, the successful transmission rate within 14 hours (week 48) reached 71%, a 0.9% increase compared to week 47 and the highest level in 5 consecutive weeks. On December 3rd alone, it reached 78.13%, a 0.67% increase compared to November 26th, further demonstrating the network's significant efforts to improve transmission speed and quality.

The success rate of transmissions within 14 hours has increased over the weeks.
Many localities continued to maintain stable transmission quality with weekly rates above 75%, notably Ho Chi Minh City (86.7%); Ba Ria Vung Tau (83%); Hanoi (82.9%); Long An (81.4%); Cao Bang (77.8%); Thanh Hoa (76.7%); Tay Ninh (76.6%); Binh Phuoc (75.7%); and Quang Ngai (75.7%).
Simultaneously, the entire network is accelerating strongly towards the goal of achieving a successful delivery rate of over 90% within 14 hours. On December 3rd, Long An Post Office reached 90.6%, marking the first time the unit has surpassed 90%. Many other large units are also very close to the target, demonstrating high determination, such as: Ho Chi Minh City Post Office reaching 89.3%, Hanoi Post Office reaching 86.3%, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Post Office reaching 86.9%.
Other units achieving daily rates above 80% include: Cao Bang (85.9%); Hai Phong (85.3%); Dong Thap (84.1%); Ha Giang (83.8%); Binh Thuan (83.8%); Quang Tri (83.6%); Vinh Phuc (83.4%); Tay Ninh (82.4%); Quang Ninh (80.9%); Binh Phuoc (80.9%); Kien Giang (80.4%); and Hai Duong (80.2%). These are signals showing that the competitive spirit is spreading strongly throughout the network, contributing to creating momentum for the final push of the year.
At the post office level, many units continued to demonstrate stability by maintaining a delivery rate above 90% for three consecutive weeks, including: Hai Ba Trung 1, Tay Ho 1, Hoang Mai 3, Linh Son, District 3, District 4, District 1B, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, District 5, Ba Ria - Vung Tau 3, Ba Ria, Bao Hoa, Phu Giao, Dong Phu, and Tay Ninh.
In addition, the number of mail items remaining unclaimed for more than 36 hours continued to decrease by 17%, from 121,173 to 100,868 mail items (on the TMS scan date of November 30th), demonstrating the network's determination to clear backlogs, remove bottlenecks, and ensure a fast and smooth flow of goods during the peak period at the end of the year.
In addition to improving transmission quality, the entire network has also made significant progress in deploying QR code payments for collection services, demonstrating that the entire network has adapted quickly, operated stably, and contributed to improving transmission quality, transparency of cash flow, and providing a better customer experience.
Week 48 witnessed exceptional growth, with the number of transactions increasing by 437% and the total payment amount increasing by 432% compared to the previous week. Dong Nai Provincial Post Office led in both the number of transactions and the total payment volume, affirming the effectiveness of the shift towards a more transparent, convenient, and modern payment collection method.
