The total land use area is expected to be about 32.63 hectares, of which Tan Hung ward occupies 24.09 hectares and the rest belongs to Nha Be commune and Hiep Phuoc commune.

According to the City People's Committee, the competition was held to select the optimal, modern, unique architectural solution that meets technical requirements, while creating an architectural and traffic highlight for the southern gateway area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City.
