Hue City People's Committee has just issued an emergency flood warning (exceptionally large flood) on Bo River.
Accordingly, currently, the flood on the Bo River (Hue City) is rising rapidly. At 12 noon on November 3, the water level on the Bo River at Phu Oc station was 5.28m, above the winter alarm (BD)3: 0.78m, exceeding the historical flood of 5.27m (October 29, 2025) by 0.01m.
It is forecasted that in the next 6 hours, the flood on the Bo River will likely peak and then subside. In the next 6-24 hours, the flood on the Bo River will continue to subside and will remain above level 3.
Warning of widespread flooding in Hue city. High risk of flash floods on rivers and streams and landslides on steep slopes in Hue city.
This morning, authorities organized emergency evacuation and rescue of people in flooded residential areas.
