According to the plan, the A Luoi 3 Inter-level Boarding School project will build a new central school in Can Sam, covering an area of 4.866 hectares, meeting the learning needs of about 1,527 students (including 160 boarding students). The project includes classrooms, subject rooms, library, multi-purpose hall, dormitory, kitchen, teachers' housing, sports field and auxiliary items.

At the same time, the project also upgrades and renovates Hong Thai Primary School and Hong Thuong Primary School, to serve more than 500 boarding primary school students. The total estimated investment is 232 billion VND, with completion date before August 30, 2026.
In A Luoi 4 commune, the Inter-level Boarding School project is built on an area of about 4.99 hectares, serving 1,842 students (with an expected 200 boarding students). The project will build a new central school and upgrade and renovate two existing schools in A Roang 2 and Ka Roong - A Ho villages. Items include: classrooms, administrative - management blocks, kitchen, student - teacher dormitory, library, subject room blocks, sports fields, and synchronous technical infrastructure system. The total investment is expected to be 278.5 billion VND, to be completed before August 30, 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee affirmed: "The simultaneous implementation of these two projects not only meets the needs of safe and adequate study and living for children in the border areas, but also demonstrates the special attention of the Party and State to mountainous and border areas.
These are strategic projects, contributing to improving people's knowledge, creating a source of ethnic minority cadres, developing the economy and society in conjunction with strengthening national defense and security. In particular, the project has received consensus and support from the people, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Party's will and people's heart" - a decisive factor for the project to soon come to life.

Hue City People's Committee commits to direct resolutely, mobilize maximum resources, and closely coordinate between units to ensure the project is completed on schedule and with quality, serving the 2026-2027 school year.

Previously, in early August, a working delegation of the Hue City People's Committee inspected and surveyed the proposed locations for school construction investment in local border communes.
Hue City has agreed on a plan to build four new primary and secondary boarding schools. These schools will be built in the centers of A Luoi 1, A Luoi 3, A Luoi 4 and A Luoi 5 communes. In addition, an existing secondary and ethnic minority school in A Luoi 2 commune will be renovated and upgraded to become a primary and secondary boarding school.
It is known that the construction of schools in border communes is a major policy under the direction of General Secretary To Lam and the Conclusion of the Politburo. Accordingly, investment will be made in the construction of primary and secondary boarding schools in 248 border communes across the country. In the immediate future, the pilot investment will complete the construction or renovation of 100 schools in 2025 (at the latest by the time of the next school year).
