The information system for handling administrative procedures at the City's one-stop shop and wards and communes is integrated with the function of digitizing records on the system to connect and share data with the national population database system; ensuring information fields serve authentication and information sharing when citizens carry out administrative procedures, gradually improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
In addition, the City regularly reviews and controls administrative procedures. The increased provision of online public services has created favorable conditions for organizations and individuals in transactions, reducing time and costs for handling administrative procedures for people and businesses.
