With Paste to Pay, customers only need to copy the message containing the money transfer information, or upload a photo containing the content or QR code of the money transfer and paste it into the TPBank App; the TPBank AI system will automatically recognize and fill in all the information.

Transactions are completed in seconds once the customer has checked and confirmed and only require 1 touch with copy-paste operation.

With the Paste to Pay feature on the TPBank App, transactions are completed in just a few seconds once the customer has checked and confirmed, and only one touch is needed with the copy-paste operation.

Behind that convenience is Generative AI (GeneAI) combined with smart OCR, capable of understanding even unstructured messages and reading content from images.

This technology contributed to the TPBank App being honored by The Asian Banker with the award "Best Social Banking Initiative in Asia Pacific 2025" - affirming technological innovation for the community.

Not stopping at personal operations, TPBank expands to Open Banking - an inevitable trend of modern finance.

With the API system developed since 2019, TPBank has so far connected with hundreds of partners, providing more than 2,000 digital services.

All payments from road fees, shopping to public services can be made directly on the TPBank App or through partner platforms. Large enterprises can automate hundreds of thousands of payment orders every day, reducing costs and errors.

The internal approach helps TPBank turn banking applications into a rich digital ecosystem, where services are present at the right time and place.

T'Aio Robot recalls TPBank's pioneering steps in bringing AI to serve users nearly a decade ago.

Thanks to pursuing the AI-Top philosophy, to date, more than 98% of TPBank's transactions are processed via digital channels, equivalent to nearly 2 billion transactions per year.

More than 5 million customers have accessed small loans through digital platforms, contributing to limiting black credit. Over 200,000 credit cards and nearly 10 million accounts and payment cards have been issued online, promoting financial inclusion.

TPBank is also a pioneer in supporting people to access social security policies in a modern, transparent and convenient way.

The bank is one of the first units to guide the linking of social security accounts directly on the VNeID electronic identification application.

This solution helps people easily connect their identification information with their TPBank accounts, thereby receiving timely, safe and targeted subsidies, contributing to bringing the State's humane policies closer to daily life.
