The event “Green Festival - Collecting gasoline cars, Upgrading to green cars” was organized by GSM in collaboration with Green Future (GF) and VinFast at 682A Truong Chinh, Ho Chi Minh City (behind VinFast Dong Sai Gon showroom). The event attracted hundreds of people and technology drivers to learn about, evaluate old gasoline cars and deposit for new electric car models.

At the display area, the two models that are receiving the most attention are Herio Green and Limo Green. Explaining the appeal of the two models, a consultant said that Herio Green has an accessible price and runs right on the Xanh SM Platform, so many drivers have put down a deposit . Meanwhile, Limo Green has always been one of the "customer magnets" since its launch because the car is spacious, beautifully designed, and suitable for long-distance driving.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Ngan (46 years old), a Green SM driver, is one of the people who ordered the Herio Green model. He said he used to drive a VF e34 for nearly a year before deciding to switch to this model.
"I find Herio Green affordable, and the driving feeling is still smooth, so driving the Green SM Platform is the most reasonable," he analyzed.
Having experience using many electric car models, he affirmed that VinFast electric cars have nothing to complain about. Mr. Ngan’s customers also shared that they like to ride electric cars because they are smooth, clean and odorless.

For the group of drivers who prefer 7-seat cars, Limo Green is a name that is very noticeable, especially before the time of handover. A typical example is Mr. Nha Giang (32 years old, Hoc Mon), who deposited for Limo Green in April and came to the event to see the car in person.
“I drove the Green SM from VF 5 to VF e34, then to VF 8, so I understand how low the cost of electric cars is. Limo Green is suitable for long-distance passenger transport. The car is more spacious than the Mitsubishi Xpander or Toyota Veloz, but the price is more suitable,” Giang shared.
Mr. Giang analyzed that previously, when running about 300km/day, an electric car only cost about 160,000 VND to charge, while a gasoline car cost about 500,000 VND. He planned to pay for the car in installments for 5 years, but because VinFast electric car owners are currently exempted from charging fees until the end of June 2027, he will save a large amount of money, as if he does not have to pay interest.

After Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the series of "Green Festivals - Collecting gasoline cars, Upgrading to green cars" will continue to be held in many other provinces and cities. With a "full package" model: from old car valuation, display, financial advice to on-site deposits, the event becomes an ideal destination for technology users and drivers on the journey to switch to electric vehicles.
In particular, the factor that motivates many drivers to "pay" on the same day is a series of current practical incentive policies applied to service vehicles.
Specifically, within the framework of the program “Fierce Vietnamese Spirit - For a Green Future”, customers who buy VinFast electric cars will receive an immediate 4% discount on the listed price. If they change from any brand of gasoline car, users will receive an additional 15 million VND for Limo Green and 9.5 million VND for Herio Green.

Drivers operating on the Green SM Platform can also borrow up to 90% of the vehicle value, with an interest rate 4% lower than the average for the first 3 years, and enjoy free battery charging and a revenue share of up to 90% for the first 3 years.
Mr. Nha Giang said that the revenue sharing policy of up to 90% on the Green SM Platform is one of the reasons why he and many other drivers decided to stay long-term. “After deducting personal income tax, drivers still keep most of the revenue, which is higher than any other company I have ever known in Vietnam. If I drive diligently, it will only take me about 2 years to recover the capital of the car,” he said.

In addition, customers who buy a car will have a 7.4 kW AC charging station installed at home and will share an additional revenue of 150 VND/kWh of electricity from V-Green. This support helps drivers to be proactive in charging their cars.
In addition to VinFast's new electric cars and motorbikes, the event also introduced the VF 8 "GF Standard" line distributed by Green Future, with support for exchange from gasoline vehicles up to 70 million VND, along with a quality commitment according to 3 standards: Standard, Selected and Signature. All GF-guaranteed "GF" VF 8 cars have passed 139 rigorous inspection steps at the VinFast factory before reaching customers.
With a diverse product ecosystem, flexible car exchange process and practical incentives, the program "Green Festival - Collect gasoline cars, Upgrade to green cars" is contributing to strongly promoting the green conversion wave in the transportation sector, especially among service drivers - those who always put the issue of saving and economic efficiency first.
