On May 23, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee organized the reception of 60 recordings of the documentary " Ho Chi Minh - The Road Ahead".
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, attended.

Accordingly, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee received part 2 of the documentary “Ho Chi Minh - The Road Ahead”, titled “Triumph in the Heart of Paris”, produced by Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV), with the support of Saigonbank.
At the reception, the production unit handed over the recording to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and a number of press agencies such as Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Ho Chi Minh City People's Radio, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Thanh Nien Newspaper, and Hanoi Radio and Television Station.


Speaking at the reception, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong praised the efforts of HTV and the film crew, along with the support of Saigonbank. He affirmed that this is valuable material for press agencies to use in articles and propaganda segments to carry out their tasks in the coming time.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong hopes that HTV will promote the success of the two parts of the film to continue making the next products.
Part 1 of the documentary "Ho Chi Minh - The Road Ahead" is titled "Following the Footprints of History" (premiering in August 2023 ).
Part 2, titled "Triumph in the Heart of Paris", is 43 minutes long and will be broadcast on January 27, 2025 on HTV9, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the signing of the Paris Agreement (January 27, 1973).
"Triumph in the Heart of Paris" was filmed in France and Switzerland over eight days. In France, the crew filmed at locations that bear the mark of President Ho Chi Minh and places where the Vietnamese delegation stayed during the negotiations of the Paris Agreement, in the years 1968 - 1973.
During the preparation process, the crew compiled many documents from both domestic and foreign sources to have the most accurate information for the film. Especially about Uncle Ho's diplomacy in Europe (in 1946) and the story of the Swiss people hanging the flag on top of the Notre Dame Cathedral (in 1969).
The film is advised by historical experts: Associate Professor Dr. Ha Minh Hong; Professor Dr. Trinh Quang Phu; Ms. Helen Luc, former Senator, member of the French Communist Party; journalist Ha Dang, former Head of the Central Ideology and Culture Committee...
