Flower decoration and lighting to celebrate National Day and the 23rd City Party Congress

To celebrate National Day September 2 and the 23rd City Party Congress, the City People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the flower decoration and lighting project, with implementation period of 2025-2026.

The project investment scale is divided into 2 phases. Specifically, phase 1 celebrates the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), organizing decorations at 7 locations, including: in front of the City Administration Center; sidewalk in front of T-shaped bridge; sidewalk in front of 42-44 Bach Dang street; area 72 Bach Dang street; sidewalk area on the river opposite Han market; square south of the tail of Dragon bridge (Hai Chau district); entrance and exit area of Da Nang airport (Nguyen Van Linh and Duy Tan streets).

Phase 2 to welcome the 23rd City Party Congress, decorated at 10 locations including: maintaining 7 locations of phase 1 and adding 3 more locations: sidewalk in front of the City Political School; area along Ho Nghinh Street from Ho Nghinh - Pham Van Dong intersection to the City Political School; area along Pham Van Dong Street from Han River Bridge to Ho Nghinh - Pham Van Dong intersection.
