Martyr Hoang Duc Choong was born in 1938, from Chi Thao commune, Quang Hoa district, Cao Bang province, and died in 1971. Martyr Hoang Duc Choong's wife, Mrs. Truong Thi Van, born in 1942 - due to the remote area, being of the Nung ethnic group, and being old, encountered many difficulties in completing the procedures to find the martyr's remains. Fortunately, this family received enthusiastic support from the authorities, especially the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs in their journey to find the martyr's grave.
Martyr Nguyen Xuan Chien was born in 1945, from An My, My Duc, Hanoi , and died in 1972 in Quang Nam. The family of martyr Nguyen. Xuan Chien had difficulty verifying the grave of this martyr, due to the difference in information between the name on the grave and the name in the martyr's record (the name on the grave is Nguyen Anh Chien, the name in the record and birth certificate is Nguyen Xuan Chien). Thanks to the support of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs in connecting units and supporting procedures for DNA testing at the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, the family of martyr Nguyen Xuan Chien has found the exact grave of the martyr, and is preparing to carry out the next procedures to bring the martyr's remains to the martyr's cemetery in his hometown.
