Awarding decisions on appointment and reappointment of primary and intermediate judges

(BTNO) - On December 3, the Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on appointment and reappointment of primary and intermediate judges of the two-level Provincial People's Court.

At the ceremony, the Provincial People's Court announced the President's decision to re-appoint Mr. Le Huu Chien - Intermediate Judge, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court to the position of intermediate judge.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van - Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court presented the President's decision on reappointment to the position of intermediate judge to Mr. Le Huu Chien - Intermediate Judge, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court.

Announced the decision to re-appoint 11 judges as primary judges, including: Le Huynh Chau, Le Thi Tho - Primary Judges of Duong Minh Chau District People's Court; Nguyen Thi Diem My - Primary Judge, Tan Chau District People's Court; Le Thi Truc Dao, Nguyen Thi Kim Quyen - Primary Judges of Chau Thanh District People's Court; Nguyen Thi Kim Nguyen - Primary Judge, Tan Bien District People's Court; Nguyen Chi Nguyen - Primary Judge, Go Dau District People's Court; Tran Thi Linh Phi, Le Thi Anh Tuyet - Primary Judges of Tay Ninh City People's Court; Nguyen Thi Minh Thu, Vo Thanh Vy - Primary Judges of Trang Bang Town People's Court.

The Provincial People's Court announced the President's decision on the appointment of primary judges to the position of 13 new judges, including: Le Dinh Que Anh - Secretary of the Go Dau District People's Court; Nguyen Duc Dang, Le Thi Oanh, Ha Thi Cam Van - Secretary of the Provincial People's Court; Pham Van Hanh - Secretary of the Trang Bang Town People's Court; Pham Thi Ngoc Lan, Nguyen Trung Loi - Secretary of the Tan Chau District People's Court; Ngo Thi Cam Loan - Secretary of the Tay Ninh City People's Court; Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Nguyen Quang Tien, Do Ngoc Vinh - Secretary of the Duong Minh Chau District People's Court; Duong Thi Kieu Trang - Secretary of the Hoa Thanh Town People's Court; Lam Thi Ngoc Trieu - Secretary of the Tan Bien District People's Court.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van - Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court hoped that in their assigned positions, the judges would continue to promote their achievements, constantly strive, cultivate and practice their moral qualities, lifestyle, improve their political qualities, and be absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party. In their work, they need to be humble, learn, and constantly improve their professional qualifications and skills, and complete their tasks well.
